Preparation
1. Braise onions

Add the brown basic sauce or meat sauce. Season with marjoram, parsley, and garlic. Let the sauce steep briefly.
4. Prepare liver
Remove the membrane from the calf liver and cut it into thin slices.
5. Fry liver
