Discover our recipe for a South Tyrolean curd spread, made with fresh curd from the Sterzing dairy
Ingredients:
- 250 g quark from Milchhof Sterzing
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 handful of fresh cress
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Optional: lemon juice and a little olive oil for extra freshness
- Prepare the radishes:
- Wash the radishes thoroughly and cut into thin slices or grate.
- Prepare the cress:
- Wash the cress and remove stems if necessary.
- Mix the quark:
- Stir the quark in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the radish slices and cress and fold in.
- Season with salt and pepper. For a slightly lemony note, you can add a few drops of lemon juice and a little olive oil.
- Chill and serve:
- Let the spread rest in the refrigerator for a while so the flavors can develop.
- Stir again and season before serving.
