Tradition for over 60 years Founded in 1955 as a village butcher‘s shop, we specialized in the production of South Tyrolean branded bacon, pork belly, smoked sausages and various smoked specialties.

The production of our products is carried out using traditional artisanal methods. Our range has received multiple awards at the international trade competition for meat and sausage products in Wels, Austria.
