This bakery also ships its baked goods worldwide. A special highlight is the naturally preserved canned breads in many varieties, which are shelf-stable for at least 6 months purely through heat treatment. Since 2000, the bakery has also been listed in the Guinness Book of Records with the world's largest Kornspitz, which was as big and heavy as 2,840 regular Kornspitz.
