  • 200g monkfish
  • 200g mussels
  • 200g clams
  • 150g shrimp tails
  • 150g prawns
  • 200g diced tomatoes
  • 2 stalks of leek
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 tsp curry
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.2 liters of fish broth for pouring

Preparation:

  1. First, rinse and clean the mussels thoroughly under running water.
  2. Cut the leek into fine rings and deseed the chili pepper, then cut it into small pieces.
  3. Heat some olive oil in a large pot and sauté the leek and chili pepper in it.
  4. Add the fish pieces and briefly sauté, then deglaze with water or fish stock.
  5. Let the soup simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked and the mussels have opened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with curry, and serve hot.
