Gorgonzola Spread

Ingredients:

  • 150 g Gorgonzola
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 small clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: a splash of lemon juice

Kitchen utensils:

  • 1 medium bowl
  • 1 fork or whisk

Preparation:

1. Mash the Gorgonzola in a bowl with a fork.
2. Add cream cheese and cream, and mix well until a creamy consistency is achieved.
3. Stir in garlic and chives.
4. Season with black pepper. Optionally add a splash of lemon juice.
5. Serve immediately or chill briefly in the refrigerator.

Calories:

  • Approximately 200 calories per serving (50 g).

Tips:

  • For a lighter version, you can use low-fat cream cheese.
  • The spread also tastes excellent when enhanced with walnuts or sun-dried tomatoes.
