Bread – a part of human existence, a matter of course for us and yet so significant. Hardly any product combines so much craftsmanship, expertise and tradition.

Our diverse range of breads is produced in one of the most beautiful mountain regions in Europe, South Tyrol's Vinschgau valley.
So it is of course a constant challenge for us to always produce our products in harmony with nature.

High-quality ingredients combined with knowledge of traditional recipes are the guarantee for a nutritious and original product.

Day by day and night by night, over 90 different types of bread and rolls are baked – from the traditional Vinschgauer Paarl to the typical Italian wheat bread.
